HELPING STUDENTS WITHÂ
MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONSÂ
SUCCEED IN SCHOOL
The Student Disability Advocacy Project is a Pennsylvania non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with mental health conditions succeed in school and avoid the school-to-prison pipeline.

Our mission is to educate parents about their child's rights to behavioral, emotional and academic supports under state and federal laws. We also provide free legal representation for parents advocating for needed changes to their child's educational program. Afterwards, we connect parents with community-based disability information, support and advocacy resources to protect the student's rights in the future.
